Troubleshooting

Common Issues & Solutions

Upload fails or times out

Solutions:

  • Check your internet connection stability
  • Try uploading smaller file batches
  • Disable browser extensions that might interfere
  • Clear browser cache and cookies

Still having issues? Our streaming uploader has automatic resume capability.

AI agents not responding

Solutions:

  • Refresh the page to reinitialize agents
  • Check if you're within your plan's limits
  • Verify file format is supported
  • Try a smaller file first to test the system
GitHub integration not working

Solutions:

  • Verify webhook permissions in your repository
  • Check that OAuth app is properly authorized
  • Ensure repository is not private (unless you have Pro+)
  • Re-authenticate the GitHub connection
